In the future, competence will flow dynamically to where it is needed. The "legislature" is not a room of people; it is a real-time, shifting graph of trust and expertise. The "Constitution" isn't a dusty document; it's the main branch of the repo.

Stagnation becomes impossible. We stop fighting over "who gets to rule the whole world" and start competing over "who can build the best small corner of it."
